California Public Utilities Commission
505 Van Ness Avenue
San Francisco, CA

Governor Brown’s Commission, the California Public Utilities Commission has reserved a special time for the public to testify on how the $39 billion AT&T/T-Mobile merger can help you.

Tell the Governor and the Federal Communications Commission that:

  • you want protections against unexpected charges
  • you want consumer friendly cell phone service

  • AT&T should commit to be the best telecomm and high-tech company in the U.S. in terms of job creation and protecting the public

We will ask you to speak for approximately one minute. Give your name, city and speak on any matter you wish to as to why you support, oppose or are concerned about the merger.

A preliminary decision on the merger will be made by the Governor’s Public Utilities Commission. A final decision will be made by President Obama’s Federal Communications Commission.

Please contact Rhea Aguinaldo for questions and to RSVP.[1] All those who agree to speak can make a public statement between 6:15 pm to 7:00 pm, or by no later than 8:00 pm.
