To Faith Bautista,
President and CEO,
National Asian American Coalition
Dear Ms Faith,
Kumusta ka na, I and Marilou are very happy to inform you that our home has been modified for the second time. It was last Friday March 9, 2012 and the birthday of my wife Marilou that we received a phone call from Mr. Michael Alba from Chase Home Financial. Mr. Alba offered to us on lowering our monthly payment from $1,700 to become $1,283 that will start on April 1, 2012. The whole family was very pleased, and so happy upon hearing this blessing. We almost gave up to keep our house because recently we received several notification through mail that our house is in the process of foreclosure and eventually will be put into auction by May 31st. But we keep hoping that help is on the way through NAAC and other programs being offered by the Obama’s government.
We have been praying so hard by putting our Faith and Trust in GOD, and that what exactly happened that the LORD appointed people like you to become instrument to make all these thing to work out.
Thank you very much to NAAC and to all the staff most especially to you
Ms Faith Bautista, Ms Bell Carreon, and Mr. Ronald Branch, Vice President, senior Manager Community Advocacy. We are very grateful and appreciated so much all of your time and efforts to make this things possible. We are much willing to share this to others if you want us to do so.
Alex and Marilou Gamo
P.S. To all Homeowners having problem with their mortgage. Do not give up, always have FAITH and TRUST to GOD. Surely, there is hope through NAAC.
