Homebuyer Down-Payment Assistance Program for San Diego Police Officers

The NAAC and the City of San Diego have joined forces  to assist San Diego Police District officers (non probationary PO-I or higher) with purchasing a home in the City of San Diego through the Homebuyer Down-Payment Assistance Program.

This program is managed and administered by NAAC subject to certain eligibility requirements and fund availability.

This is a partnership between NAAC and the City of San Diego, with contributing bank partners including Mechanics BankPacific Western Bank and Axos Bank.

“Public safety is our number one priority. Assisting our San Diego Police Officers with purchasing a home in the City of San Diego helps them establish roots in the communities they serve, and provides them with an additional incentive to join and stay with the San Diego Police Department. I am pleased to see the program come to fruition.”
